Main Service Logistics ERP — sea freight, warehousing, trucking & customs in one system

Main Service handles the full logistics chain between Nigeria and China — sea freight, warehousing, in-country trucking, and customs clearance. Each service ran on its own tools and spreadsheets, so a single shipment touched four disconnected systems and customers had no clear view of where their cargo was.

We built a single ERP that runs every part of the operation. Sea freight bookings and container tracking, warehouse inbound/outbound with bin locations, fleet dispatch and trucking jobs, and customs documentation with HS codes and duty calculation — all on one platform with a shared shipment timeline, role-based access for ops, finance and customer service, and live tracking links for clients.

Shipments now move through one system from quote to delivery. Ops resolves status questions in seconds, warehouse and fleet utilisation is visible in real time, and customers see exactly where their cargo is without picking up the phone.
