WCSS runs integrated facilities management, food service and catering for hospitality, leisure and wellness clients. We built a custom ERP that covers every part of the business end to end: requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, sourcing & RFQs, inventory, projects, HR & payroll, sales, finance and reporting — all on one database with role-based access and full audit trails. Approval workflows, document attachments and notifications are baked into every module.

Procurement cycles shortened from weeks to days, project costs are now visible in real time, and leadership runs the whole company from a single executive dashboard instead of waiting on monthly reconciliations.
